Booking & estimates
Quotes given over the phone or through our online form are based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may adjust slightly after a first walk-through if the scope of work is meaningfully different from what was described. We'll always tell you before any change in price.
Cancellations
Plans change — we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can fill the slot. Same-day cancellations may carry a small fee to cover the crew's reserved time.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, and check. For recurring clients, we keep a card on file and charge after each visit.
Our promise
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back the same week to make it right at no charge. We're not done until you're done.
Things outside our scope
We don't move heavy furniture, lift items above shoulder height from a ladder, handle biohazard cleanup, or work in unsafe conditions. If a job calls for any of those, we'll let you know in advance and recommend the right professional.
Liability
We are fully bonded and insured. If our team accidentally damages something during a clean, we'll tell you the same day and our insurance handles the repair or replacement. We can't accept responsibility for items that were already broken or for normal wear and tear.
