Frequently asked
Yes. We bring everything — vacuums, microfibers, eco-friendly cleaners, the lot. If you have a product you'd like us to use instead (a particular wood polish, a scent-free detergent), just leave it on the counter and we'll use that.
Yes — fully bonded, insured, and our cleaners are background-checked. We carry general liability and workers' comp. Happy to share certificates on request.
Yes. The whole point of ByFamily is that the same trusted faces show up every visit. If your regular team is out for a week, we'll let you know in advance.

We're a Monday–Friday crew — Saturdays and Sundays are our family days. For hosts running weekday or 7-night stays, we handle the turn with photo confirmation when we leave.
Recurring slots fill up — especially in summer. For a one-time deep clean we usually have something within a week or two. Weekday Airbnb turns in July and August get tight, so reach out early.
Our standard products are family-safe. We also carry eco-friendly, fragrance-free options on request — just ask when you book.
Thirteen towns total — from Plymouth and Duxbury on the South Shore down through Hyannis all the way out to Provincetown. If you're outside the strip, give us a call anyway. We sometimes go further.
